Electroplated nickel coatings are used to enhance the utility , value and appearance of consumer goods and other manufactured goods throughout world.  Nickel can be deposited in a variety of manners.  At Valley Plating Works Inc. in Commerce and at our Los Angeles plating facility we provide both rack nickel plating and barrel nickel plating.  We offer rack duplex nickel plating (semi bright nickel+ bright nickel) and single layer barrel nickel plating.  Corrosion resistance is in relation to the thickness applied.
